Extended Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed from November 13th can be returned until January 15th — giving you plenty of time to gear up and gift without worry.

Be aware of fake websites

We’re aware of websites and social media ads that try to imitate Klättermusen. These pages may look similar to ours, but they are not connected to us and often promote unusually large discounts to attract visitors.


Our official, and only, website is klattermusen.com. You can also find genuine Klättermusen products through our trusted partners listed in the Find a Store section on our website. If you’re ever unsure or want to double-check, our customer service team is happy to help.

Returns

Returned items must comply with our Return Policy:
– They must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
– Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

How to return
– Fill in the Online Return Form below.
– Replace the shipping label on the box with the return label generated by the online return form.
– You must include the return slip in the package together with the returned items.
– Leave the parcel at a designated drop-off location.


The refund will be issued upon return acceptance, please allow 14 business days for your refund to process. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. In case of a full return, the initial shipping fee will be refunded.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer the possibility to exchange items in your order. If you want to exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Returns to Canada, Hong Kong & Japan

Please attach the return label as well as the invoice provided for customs, so they are clearly visible on the outside of the package.


Handling Fee
A handling fee will be deducted from the return in the following regions:
USA/Canada - $30
Hong Kong - $30
Japan - ¥4500
Korea - ₩40 000
